EXTENSION OF TIME FOR POSTING OF THE RAL TRUST CIRCULAR

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 29 May 2026 in which they
were advised that details of the posting of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting would
be announced in due course.

Visual shareholders are advised that the JSE has granted the Company a further extension to
17 June 2026 in order to post the required Circular.

The Company will publish a further SENS announcement should there be any changes to this
date.
