CAUTIONARY WITHDRAWAL

Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcements published on 8 November 2021,
20 December 2021 and 31 January 2022 advising that one of African Sun Limited’s lessors had initiated
a lease tender process in respect of property known as The Kingdom at Victoria Falls, which is currently
being leased by African Sun Limited (“ASL”) (“Tender Process”). Shareholders were advised that ASL
continues to occupy the property and had signed an extension of the current lease with the landlord to
28 February 2022 in order to facilitate the ongoing Tender Process, which ASL had elected to
participate in.

Shareholders were further advised that the Tender Process closed on 30 November 2021, but the
outcome of the Tender Process was still unknown. ASL has since advised its shareholders that the
Tender Process has now been concluded in ASL’s favour and ASL has subsequently withdrawn its
cautionary statement. Accordingly, Arden Capital shareholders are similarly advised that caution is no
longer required when dealing in the Company’s securities.
