TRP121.1: NOTIFICATION OF REDUCTION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES HELD BY
NEWSHELF 1063 (RF) PROPRIETARY LIMITED ("Newshelf 1063") AND NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION
OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES HELD BY MARINE EDGE CAPITAL PROPRIETARY LIMITED
("Marine Edge")

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended and section 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Oceana received formal
notification in the prescribed form that:

1. Newshelf 1063, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited, has disposed of
   a 9.2% beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest held by
   Newshelf 1063 now amounts to 16.0% (a decrease from the 25.2% previously held) of the total issued
   ordinary shares of the Company; and
2. Marine Edge has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company amounting to 9.2%
   of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The board of directors of Oceana accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement
having relied on the notice information provided by Newshelf 1063 and Marine Edge in the TRP 121.1 Forms
and, to the best of its knowledge and belief, such information is true and does not omit anything likely to affect
the importance of such information contained herein.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
