COMPLETION OF FIT AND PROPER ASSESSMENT: MR NEAL FRONEMAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 6 August 2026,
which advised that Mr Neal Froneman had been appointed as a Non-Exective Director and Chairman of the Board of Copper
360 with effect from that date, subject only to completion of the fit and proper assessment contemplated in the JSE Limited
(“JSE”) Listings Requirements.
Shareholders are advised that the fit and proper assessment of Mr Froneman has been completed. In accordance with
paragraph 6.73 of the JSE Listings Requirements, read with paragraph 5.6, the Board confirms that it undertook the
assessment and is satisfied with the outcome.
In accordance with paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Mr Froneman has completed and submtted the
director’s declaration required on appointment. The Company confirms that the declaration contains no postive disclosures
requiring notification to shareholders.
