("Libstar" or the "Company")
WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 16 September 2025 and
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements published by Libstar on SENS, the most
recent of which was released on 27 January 2026.
Shareholders are advised that, following a comprehensive assessment by the Board of
Directors of the Company ("Board") of non-binding expressions of interest received from
interested parties ("Potential Investors") regarding the potential acquisition of all Libstar
securities currently in issue ("Potential Transaction"), the Board has resolved not to progress
engagements with any Potential Investors regarding a Potential Transaction.
Following a robust process of engagement with Potential Investors, the Board is of the view
that non-binding expressions of interest received are not reflective of the fair value of Libstar.
This determination is based on both the Company's historical performance as well as its
medium- to longer-term outlook, demonstrated in part by the strong trading performance
delivered by Libstar as outlined in the trading statement published on SENS on 26 February
2026. The Company remains focused on the execution of its strategy, including portfolio and
operating model simplification, the growth of its categories and channels, and sustainable
value creation for all stakeholders.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required when dealing in the
Company's securities, and the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn.
The Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and
certify that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained in this
announcement relating to Libstar is true and this announcement does not omit anything that
is likely to affect the importance of such information.
