NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE AUDIT FIRM

In accordance with paragraph 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
Lehae hereby notifies noteholders that, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (PWC) has resigned as the external audit
firm to the Issuer, effective 01 December 2025. The reason for the resignation is due to management deciding
to embark on a rotation process.

Consequently, the Issuer further notifies noteholders that KPMG Inc (KPMG) has been appointed as the new
external audit firm of Lehae, effective 01 December 2025.
