A General Meeting of shareholders of Orion Minerals Ltd (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or Company) was held at 3:00pm
(Perth time) (9:00am South African time) on Thursday 30 July 2026, at the offices of Clayton Utz, QV. 1 Building, 250
St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia (Meeting).
The Company confirms that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were passed by way of poll. In
accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the attached
summary of the poll results and proxy votes received is provided in relation to the resolutions considered by
shareholders at the Meeting.
