Partial Redemption of EASY3 Securities

The JSE has approved the partial redemption of 1,175,000 EASY3 securities with effect from today,
at an issue price of approximately R9.97 per security.

Following the redemption of the 1,175,000 securities, there will be 426,218 EASY3 securities in issue.
