of the JSE on 27 November 2024 and 3 December 2024 relating to the disposal of a small subset of Mr
Swartzberg’s shareholding subject to collar arrangements (“the hedging transactions”).
Shareholders and noteholders are now advised of a late disclosure of a director’s dealing which occurred at the
time and which formed part of the hedging transactions, all of which were announced, save for the below, which
was an inadvertent oversight. The hedging transactions have since matured.
