CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr
Marcell Jonathan Anthony Golding has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company and as a member of
the Company’s Social and Ethics Committee with immediate effect.

The Board of Directors thanks Mr Golding for his dedicated service and valuable contribution to Copper 360
and extends its appreciation and best wishes for his future endeavours.

Further information regarding the composition of the Board will be released on SENS in due course, once a new
director has been appointed.
