Redemption Announcement - "SBRN79"

Holders of the listed SBRN79 Equity Share Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are early redeeming on 06 May 2026 are informed
that the level was determined and calculated on 22 April 2026
of the Reference Price as 26 738 South African cents and the
Share Closing Price was determined and calculated on 22 April
as 26 766 South African cents per share.

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders will receive on 06 May          2026   an   amount   of
   111 000 South African cents per Note.


2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
   on 06 May 2026, the Notes (SBRN79) will be de-listed from the
   JSE on 07 May 2026.
