Changes to the Board Committee Members
Following the retirements of V Sekese and B Bulo as Independent Non-executive directors and the
appointments of D Ndlovu, Philisiwe Mthethwa and F Mohideen as Independent Non-executive directors,
effective 2 September, the following changes have been made to the composition of the Board
Committees:
- Delia Ndlovu has been appointed as a member and Chairperson of the Audit, Risk and Opportunity
committee, and as a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee;
- Philisiwe Mthethwa has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee and Social
and Ethics Committee; and
- Farouk Mohideen has been appointed as member of the Audit, Risk and Opportunity Committee.
