Appointment of Debt Officer

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 21 August 2024 and in compliance with
paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are
advised that Kabelo Masike, has been appointed as General Manager – Treasury (Group
Treasurer) of Eskom effective 01 December 2025. Kabelo has further been appointed as Debt
Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
