admitted to trading on 8 June 2026 on the London Stock Exchange's main market:

-   The Company's €350,000,000 3.875 per cent Notes due 2031 (ISIN: XS3392861913)
    issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the 'Notes').

Full information on the Company and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of
the base prospectus dated 24 April 2026 (the 'Prospectus"), read together with the final terms
dated 4 June 2026 (the 'Final Terms').
