NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S DECLARATION INFORMATION


In compliance with paragraph 6.75 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that there has been a change to the director's declaration information in relation to Mr Robinson
Ramaite ("Mr. Ramaite"), the Group Chief Executive of the Company.

On 24 April 2026, a summary judgment ("Judgment") was granted by the High Court of South
Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg against Mr. Ramaite in his personal capacity, at the
instance of a creditor. The Judgment arises from a suretyship agreement signed by Mr. Ramaite
on or about 24 March 2023, in terms of which he bound himself as surety co-principal debtor in
respect of certain debts. Mr. Ramaite disputes that the claims pursuant to which the Judgment
was granted form part of the debts for which he bound himself as surety. On 18 May 2026, Mr.
Ramaite filed a notice of application for leave to appeal against the Judgment. The application
was heard on 9 June 2026 and judgment remains pending. In terms of section 18(1) of the
Superior Courts Act, 10 of 2013, the operation of the Judgment is suspended pending appeal.

Shareholders will be kept updated of any further material developments in relation to this matter.
