NOTIFICATION OF THE VOTING RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE REQUEST FOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM THE HOLDERS OF NOTES HELD
UNDER STOCK CODES UU2A07, UU2A08, UU2B03, UU2C03 AND UU2D03, RESPECTIVELY, ISSUED BY URBAN UBOMI 2 (RF) LIMITED UNDER
ITS R5,000,000,000 MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES PROGRAMME
The holders of all the outstanding notes ("Noteholders") issued by Urban Ubomi 2 (RF) Limited under its R 5 000 000 000 Mortgaged-Backed
Securities Programme are referred to the notice of request for written consent released on 20 October 2025. The Noteholders are required
to sign the written Extraordinary Resolutions and deliver a signed copy, by no later than 17h00 on 17 November 2025 and in which the
extraordinary resolutions set out below were proposed:
Extraordinary resolution 1
In terms of Condition 18.5 (of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes and subject to the written approval of the Security SPV for
the proposed amendments and the written confirmation by the Rating Agency that the proposed amendments will not cause it
to downgrade the ratings of the Notes in issue, the Noteholders approve that the Applicable Pricing Supplements in respect of
the relevant Series of Notes are amended by the deletion of N/A in line item 82 (Other provisions, if any) and the replacement of
the description of the TUHF's Sustainable Bond Framework in line item 82
In this regard, Urban Ubomi 2 confirms the voting results from the consent requests in relation to replacement of the TUHF
Sustainability Bond Framework in line 82 as follows:

Extraordinary resolution 2
The Noteholders are required to approve the transfer the listing of the relevant Series of Notes from the debt securities of the
Interest Rate Market of the JSE Limited ("JSE") to the Sustainability Segment of the Interest Rate Market of the JSE.
In this regard, Urban Ubomi 2 confirms the voting results from the consent requests in relation to listing of the Notes on the
Sustainability segment of the Interest Rate Market of the JSE is as follows:
