RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Friday, 29 August 2025 (in terms
of the notice of annual general meeting published on 27 June 2025), all of the resolutions tabled were passed by the
requisite majority of Delta shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are set out below:
- total number of Delta shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 714 237 410; and
- total number of Delta shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 318 697 878, being 44.62%
  of the total number of Delta shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
