Notification of Successor Reference Entity and Amendment and Restatement of the Applicable Pricing Supplement

Absa noteholders are advised that, with effect from 03 February 2026, Attacq Limited (as issuer) amended its Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme (the Attacq Limited DMTN Programme) by substituting Attacq Limited (as issuer) with
Attacq Treasury Limited (as issuer), a wholly owned subsidiary of Attacq Limited under the Attacq Treasury Limited
R5,0000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note programme (the Attacq Treasury Limited DMTN Programme), and for
Attacq Limited to become a Guarantor to the Attacq Treasury Limited DMTN Programme. As a result, the Applicable
Pricing Supplement for Reference Obligation ZAG000209743 / ATQ02 under the Absa ASC236 notes was amended and
restated.

In line with the substitution conditions of the Absa Master Structured Note Programme, the Successor Reference Entity
for the Absa ASC236 notes is Attacq Treasury Limited with effect from 03 February 2026, and Absa has amended and
restated the Applicable Pricing Supplement for ASC236 to reflect the Successor Reference Entity.
