UPDATE ON CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Oceana herewith announces that the Board has approved the extension of Mr Neville Brink's employment
agreement with the Group to continue to assume office as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") until 31 December
2027, originally set to end on 31 December 2026.

The Board followed an extensive and thorough search process for the CEO position, however the search did not
yield an acceptable outcome at this stage. The extension of Neville's tenure will allow the Board to further refine
its search efforts and ensure that an appropriate CEO who is well-positioned to guide Oceana's strategic intent
going forward, is appointed.

Neville has served as CEO of the Group since 2022. The Board wishes to express their sincere appreciation for
his leadership and efforts to date, and for his extended tenure going forward at Oceana.
