CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRATION DATE, AMENDMENTS TO THE APPLICABLE
PRICING SUPPLEMENTS AND CHANGE TO JSE LONG NAME FOR EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES

Holders of the SRETNC, SRETCN and SRETNQ exchange traded notes (ETNs) which listed on the Mainboard of the JSE in
the Exchange Traded Notes Sector on Tuesday, 17 August 2021 and dual listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange on Tuesday,
13 February 2024 are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 July 2026 which omitted the SRETCN alpha
code and ISIN information and to paragraph 22 of the applicable pricing supplement 6 August 2021 issued read together with
the applicable product supplement dated 16 November 2020 and the second supplement to the preference share and
structured note programme dated 11 February 2008 (terms and conditions).

Under the terms and conditions, the ETNs are due to mature on Monday, 17 August 2026, or such later date as the Issuer
may elect at its option and of which is required to be notified to holders of the ETNs in writing at least one month to the initial
stated maturity.

FRB hereby notifies holders of the ETNs that it wishes to extend the maturity date of the ETNs to 17 August 2027 (new maturity
date) and subsequently amend the pricing supplements of the ETNs to reflect the new maturity date. As a result of the new
maturity date, there will also be a change to the JSE long name of the ETNs as outlined in the below table.
