RESULTS OF THE CASH DIVIDEND AND THE SCRIP DISTRIBUTION ALTERNATIVE

RESULTS OF THE SCRIP DISTRIBUTION

Acsion shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcements released on the Stock Exchange
News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on 28 July 2026, 3 August 2026 and 13 August 2026,
and to the Circular distributed to Shareholders on Tuesday, 28 July 2026, setting out the terms of the Cash
Dividend and the Scrip Distribution Alternative, in terms of which Shareholders were entitled, in respect of
all or part of their shareholding, to elect to receive new, fully paid Acsion ordinary shares (“Shares” or “Scrip
Distribution Shares”) in proportion to their ordinary shareholding in Acsion on the Record Date, being
Friday, 14 August 2026, as an alternative to the Cash Dividend of 24 ZAR cents per Acsion Ordinary Share.

Unless expressly defined in this announcement, capitalised terms herein have the meaning ascribed to them
in the Circular.

As announced on SENS on 3 August 2026, Shareholders were entitled to elect to receive that number of
Scrip Distribution Shares determined in the ratio of 2.56201 Scrip Distribution Shares for every 100 Acsion
Ordinary Shares held on the Record Date, instead of the Cash Dividend.

Shareholders recorded in the register of the Company at the close of business on the Record Date holding
46 624 647 Acsion Ordinary Shares did not elect to receive the Scrip Distribution Alternative and will therefore
receive the gross Cash Dividend of 24 ZAR cents per Acsion Ordinary Share (where applicable, 19.20 ZAR
cents per Acsion Ordinary Share, net of Dividend Withholding Tax), resulting in a total gross Cash Dividend
of ZAR11 189 915.28, which was paid out of the Company’s income reserves.

In terms of the Scrip Distribution Alternative, 8 924 378 new Acsion Ordinary Shares were issued today to
Shareholders who elected to receive the Scrip Distribution Shares in respect of all or part of their
shareholding, resulting in a capitalisation of the Company’s distributable retained profits of
ZAR83 600 315.71.

The Cash Dividend payments, dispatch of Share Certificates and crediting/updating of CSDP/broker
accounts, were effected today.

DIRECTORS, PRESCRIBED OFFICERS AND COMPANY SECRETARY RECEIVING SCRIP
DISTRIBUTION ALTERNATIVE

Shareholders are referred to paragraph 7 of the Circular, which set out that:
o the Directors of the Company who hold Acsion Ordinary Shares, namely Mr Kiriakos Anastasiadis and
Dr Phetole David Sekete, who are indirectly beneficially interested in 75.53% and 0.57% of the issued
     Acsion Ordinary Shares, respectively; and
o the prescribed officers of the Company, namely Messrs Anthony Kyriazis, Ioannis Anastadis and Dimitri
Thomas, who are both directly and indirectly beneficially interested in 0.49%, 0.45% and 2.88% of the
     issued Acsion Ordinary Shares, respectively,

may elect to receive the Scrip Distribution Shares in respect of all or part of their shareholding in Acsion, on
the same terms as all other Shareholders.
The details of the Directors and prescribed officers who made elections to receive the Scrip Distribution
Shares, and who received such Acsion Ordinary Shares on 17 August 2026 in terms of the Scrip Distribution,
will be announced on SENS on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.
