The Media Report cites information from the Issuer's audit report for the 2023/ 2024 financial period. The City of Tshwane wishes to advise noteholders that the audited annual financial statements ("AFS") and audit report for the 2023/ 2024 financial period will be tabled by the Auditor General South Africa at an ordinary sitting of the City of Tshwane Council, on 30 January 2025 in accordance with the provisions and regulations of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003. Once the AFS have been tabled, an announcement on the availability of the AFS and audit report will be released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on or about the same day, but no later than 31 January 2025. The Issuer wishes to note that the Media Report was not officially issued by the City of Tshwane, and the origin and accuracy of the information cited therein remains uncertain.
