City of Tshwane - Audit Report
THE CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
(A municipality as described in section 2 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 2000, duly
established in terms of Notice No. 6770, promulgated in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary of
1 October 2000 in terms of section 12(1) read with section 14(2) of the Local Government: Municipal
Structures Act, 1998, as amended)

("City of Tshwane" or the "Issuer")
Audit Report
The City of Tshwane wishes to advise noteholders that the Issuer has noted the media report
published by Moneyweb on 17 January 2025 ("Media Report").
The Media Report cites information from the Issuer's audit report for the 2023/ 2024 financial
period. The City of Tshwane wishes to advise noteholders that the audited annual financial
statements ("AFS") and audit report for the 2023/ 2024 financial period will be tabled by the Auditor
General South Africa at an ordinary sitting of the City of Tshwane Council, on 30 January 2025 in
accordance with the provisions and regulations of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003.
Once the AFS have been tabled, an announcement on the availability of the AFS and audit report will
be released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on or about the same
day, but no later than 31 January 2025.
The Issuer wishes to note that the Media Report was not officially issued by the City of Tshwane, and
the origin and accuracy of the information cited therein remains uncertain. The Issuer is currently
investigating the matter to determine the source and context of the disclosure.
