POSTING OF CIRCULAR REGARDING PORTSIDE DISPOSAL


Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 2 April 2025, 7
July 2025, 8 August 2025 and 28 August 2025 regarding the disposal by Accelerate of its proportionate
ownership in Portside Office Tower, which constitutes a category 1 transaction in terms of section
9.20(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements (the "Portside Transaction"), and are advised that Accelerate
has, on Tuesday, 7 October 2025 issued a circular (the "Circular") regarding the Portside Transaction.

A General Meeting of Shareholders will take place at the registered offices of Accelerate (Cedar Square
Shopping Centre, Management Office, 2nd floor, Cnr Willow Ave and Cedar Rd, Fourways,
Johannesburg 2055) at 10:00 on Thursday, 6 November 2025 (or any other adjourned or postponed
date and time in accordance with the provisions of section 64(11) of the Companies Act and the MOI,
as read with the JSE Listings Requirements), to consider and if deemed fit, approve the Portside
Transaction.

The salient dates and times for the Portside Transaction are as follows:

3. No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of Accelerate Shares may take between Wednesday,
   29 October 2025 and Friday, 31 October 2025, both days inclusive.
