Redemption Announcement - "SBEN15"

Holders of the listed SBEN15 Index Linked Notes ("the Notes")
which are redeeming on 18 May 2026 are informed that the level
of the Index was determined and calculated on 11 May 2026 as
15,359.708, and the final FX level was determined and calculated
on 11 May 2026 as ZAR16.5222/USD1.00.

Following this determination and calculation, the holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. The holders will receive an amount of 172 548.04 South African
   cents per Note on 18 May 2026 ("Maturity Date").

2. After the payment to the holders as set out in paragraph 1
   above on 18 May 2026, the Notes (SBEN15) will be de-listed
   from the JSE on 19 May 2026.
