In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised that:
a) The Board of Governors of the Issuer has appointed Mr. Daopeng Fu as the Vice-President from China,
effective from July 8, 2026. He will take the position of the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.
b) The Board of Governors of the Issuer has also appointed Mr. Monale Ratsoma as the Vice President
from South Africa effective, 8 July 2026. He will take up the position of the Vice-President and Chief
Risk Officer.
c) The announcement by the Issuer titled "Appointment of Two Vice Presidents and Rotation of
Responsibilities" may be viewed on the link below:

d) The above appointments are in accordance with the Articles of Agreement of the Issuer.
e) Mr. Daopeng Fu, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer has been appointed as the Debt
Officer of the Issuer with effect from 8 July 2026. The appointment was made pursuant to paragraph
7.3(g) of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listing Requirements.
