AMENDMENT TO DIRECTORS' DECLARATIONS

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Crookes Brothers advises that the directors' declarations of
Messrs Gary Vaughan-Smith and Timothy Denton, both of whom are non-executive directors of the Company, have
been amended to state that a company of which they were directors, being SilverStreet Private Equities Strategies
SICAR (the "Fund") (a Luxembourg-based private equity fund), has been placed into voluntary liquidation, following the
end of the Fund's life.
