Europa advises that Moore Australia Audit (WA) (Moore Australia) have been appointed as the
Company's auditor with effect from 25 May 2026. The appointment follows the resignation of BDO
Audit Pty Ltd (BDO) and the ASIC's consent to same.
The Board's decision to change auditors was made following a consultation process with the
selection of Moore Australia based on their experience and competitive fee structure. The Board
would like to take this opportunity to thank BDO for their assistance and services to the Company.
In accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be tabled at the
Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Moore Australia as the
Company's auditor.
