SETTLEMENT OF R010

Bondholders are further referred to the previous announcements published by the National Treasury on SENS, the
most recent of which was published on 9 December 2025, relating to the voluntary and mandatory split of the
R186 (10.50%) 2025/26/27 government bond into three new series, namely R010, R187 and R188 ("Split").
Bondholders are hereby advised that, pursuant to the implementation of the Split, R186 ceased to exist with effect
from 9 December 2025 and that R010 will be redeemed and settled in full on 22 December 2025, at an amount of
R95,891,585,193.00.
