CORRECTION ANNOUCEMENT - NEW FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS LISTING


Holders of the SLI14 Fixed Rate Notes ("SLI14") and SLI15 Floating Rate Notes ("SLI15") are
referred to the announcement (the "Previous Announcement") released on SENS on 4 August
2026.

Sanlam hereby advises holders of the SLI14 and SLI15 notes that the First Interest Payment
Dates contained in the Previous Announcement were incorrect. The correct First Interest
Payment Dates are as follows:

   •   SLI14 Fixed Rate Notes (SLI14): 5 February 2027
   •   SLI15 Floating Rate Notes (SLI15): 5 November 2026

All other information contained in the Previous Announcement remains unchanged.
