TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2026
In terms of section 6.26 of the JSE Listings Requirements, a company is required to publish a trading
statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from those of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Optasia expects the following ranges for HY26:

*In 2025, the Company undertook a share split of 1:25,000, resulting in the issued share capital
increasing from 46,663 shares to 1,166,575,000 shares. The EPS for HY25 is restated to reflect the
share split.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Group's external auditors.
