CHANGE TO THE BOARD


Shareholders are advised of the appointment of Mr Koketso Mabe as an independent non-executive director
of Castleview with effect from 5 December 2025, subject to the approval of the Prudential Authority.

Koketso has over 23 years of experience in insurance, investment banking and asset management in various
capacities. Since 2017, he has been a part-owner and director at Capital Link Partners Proprietary Limited, 
a boutique asset manager founded in 2013.

Koketso has deep experience in serving on medium and large enterprise boards in a non-executive capacity
and has served on various board committees. He is currently an independent non-executive director of Rand
Mutual Assurance Group and serves as deputy chairman. He is also a director of the Mineworkers Investment
Company (RF) Proprietary Limited and chairs its investment committee.

The board welcomes Koketso and looks forward to his contributions to Castleview.
