POSTPONEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION OF THE CIRCULAR
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Mahube shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the firm intention announcement
published on SENS on 9 December 2025 ("Firm Intention Announcement") and the
announcement published on 13 February 2026 ("Further Announcement").
1.2. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, words and expressions contained herein
shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in the Firm Intention Announcement.
2. POSTPONEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION OF THE SCHEME CIRCULAR
2.1. In terms of the Further Announcement, Shareholders were advised, inter alia, that Mahube
and the Offeror will jointly issue a circular to Shareholders ("Scheme Circular") and would
distribute the Scheme Circular to Shareholders by 9 March 2026.
2.2. Shareholders are advised that the distribution of the Scheme Circular has been delayed and
that the Company is in the process of engaging with the Takeover Panel regarding an
extension to the posting date of the Scheme Circular.
2.3. A further announcement pertaining to the posting of the Scheme Circular and the salient dates
and times regarding the Scheme will be published on SENS in due course.
