NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE APPLICABLE TRANSACTION SUPPLEMENT

Noteholders are referred to the results of voting announcement released on 1 June 2026 and are
hereby notified in accordance with the terms and conditions of the asset-backed securities
programme (the programme), as amended or supplemented from time to time, and paragraph 6.22(b)
of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, of the following amendment
to the applicable transaction supplement (ATS):
         - the definition of "Potential Redemption Amount" has been restated as set out in the ATS.

The amended ATS, which has been approved by the Prudential Authority (PA), is available through a
secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection and at:
