CLARIFICATION ON NOTIFICATION OF EXTENSION OF DIVIDEND TIMETABLE



Shareholders are referred to the notification of extension of dividend timetable announced
by the Company on 30 July 2026 and wish to clarify that only the payment date will be
amended.

Accordingly, shareholders recorded in the register of the Company at the close of business
on the record date Friday 31 July 2026, will remain entitled to receive the dividend. The only
amendment to the previously announced timetable is the dividend payment date.
