noteholders are referred to the credit rating changes released by Moody's on the 29 May 2026 as follows:

 -    affirmed the Global Scale Ratings and National Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA4A3, TRA4A4, TRA4A7 and
      TRA4A8 notes of Ba2 (sf) and Aa2.za (sf) respectively; and
 -    downgraded the Global Scale Ratings and National Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA4B1 and TRA4B2 notes
      to Ca (sf) and Ca.za (sf) respectively, from Caa2 (sf) and B3.za (sf).
