CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
Zinhle Zondi has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 1 April 2026.

Ms Zondi is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds an LLB degree
from the University of KwaZulu Natal and is a master's candidate (LLM General Studies) at
Stellenbosch University. She has relevant experience in corporate governance, regulatory
compliance, commercial law and company secretariat functions across regulated
environments.

The Board has considered Ms Zondi's qualifications and experience and is satisfied that she
has the requisite knowledge and experience to fulfil the role of Company Secretary.

Ms Zondi will succeed CIS Company Secretaries Proprietary Limited ("CIS"), whose contract
will terminate on 31 March 2026.

The Board welcomes Ms Zondi and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
