Change in beneficial interest in Huge ordinary shares

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (the Act) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the
JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Huge has received notification
from UBS Group AG (UBS) of the disposal by UBS of Huge shares, such that UBS now holds
4.77% of Huge's issued share capital.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of Huge (the Board) accepts responsibility for the information
