CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEES

Shareholders are advised that, pursuant to paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited (JSE), and following recommendations made by the nominations
committee, the board has approved changes to the composition of its audit and risk
committees, with effect from 14 September 2026.

The changes are as follows:

    -    Arnold Goldberg has been appointed as a member of the risk committee; and

    -    Pedro Arnt has been appointed as a member of the audit committee.

Shar Dubey and Angelien Kemna will continue as interim chairs of the audit and risk
committees, respectively, for the current financial year (FY27).

Following the above changes, the committees comprise:

    -    Audit committee: Shar Dubey (interim chair), Angelien Kemna, Manisha Girotra
         and Pedro Arnt; and

    -    Risk committee: Angelien Kemna (interim chair), Rachel Jafta, Arnold Goldberg,
         Fabricio Bloisi and Nico Marais.

The board is satisfied that, following these changes, each of the committees has an
adequate number of directors to discharge its mandate.
