GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT: CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTORS' FIT AND PROPER ASSESSMENTS

Shareholders and noteholders (collectively, “security holders”) are referred to the notice of annual general
meeting ("AGM") as published on the Company’s website on 31 July 2026.

In line with ordinary resolutions 1, 2 and 3 as published in the notice of AGM, the board wishes to notify security
holders that it has conducted fit and proper assessments of Ms AA Koranteng, Messrs JAL Chapman and
MPR Morojele, and is satisfied with the outcome thereof.
