UPDATE IN RELATION TO CIRCULAR


Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement
shall bear the meanings ascribed thereto in the Circular.

Shareholders are hereby referred to the Circular distributed to Shareholders today and to the
Salient Dates and Times section contained therein.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Salient Dates and Times section contained a
typographical error in relation to the date when Forms of Proxy (grey) are due to be lodged at
or received via hand, post or e-mail by the Transfer Secretaries (for administrative reasons).

Accordingly, Shareholders should note that for administrative reasons, Forms of Proxy (grey)
in respect of the General Meeting are to be lodged at or received via hand, post or e-mail by
the Transfer Secretaries by no later than 11:00 on Wednesday, 1 April 2026.
