Notice of Credit Event in respect of Ardagh Packaging Finance PLC

On 18 December 2025, Absa Bank Limited (the "Issuer") notified noteholders that a Credit Event had occurred in respect
of Ardagh Packaging Finance PLC, a constituent of the underlying iTraxx® Europe Crossover Indices, referenced in the
Applicable Pricing Supplements relating to affected notes ("Notes") issued under the Issuers' Master Structured Note
Programme ("MSNP").

Following the determination of the settlement and redemption details in respect of the relevant portion of each Note
related to Ardagh Packaging Finance PLC (the "Affected Portion") in accordance with the relevant Applicable Pricing
Supplements read with the MSNP, the amount of the Notes equal to the Reference Entity Nominal Amount will be
redeemed and delisted. Accordingly, the Notes will be partially redeemed and delisted effective 20 March 2026.
