Quilter plc (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following specified number of its ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence
(Sterling) each from Goldman Sachs International as an "on Exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock
Exchange, and the following specified number of its ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence (Sterling) each from the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange via Goldman Sachs International. (1)

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 04 March 2026, the Company has purchased 29,708,048 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a cost-(including dealing
and associated costs) of £ 55,299,898.81.

These purchases are the last purchases to be made under the second tranche of the Share Buyback Programme (the
“Programme”) on the London Stock Exchange between the Company, on the one hand, and Goldman Sachs International, on the
other hand, announced on 22 June 2026, as the second tranche of the Programme has been completed in accordance with its
terms.

dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 323,671,027.84. (2)

These purchases are the last purchases to be made under the second tranche of the Programme on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange between the Company, on the one hand, and Goldman Sachs International, on the other hand, announced on 22 June
2026, as the second tranche of the Programme has been completed in accordance with its terms.

Following the above transactions, the Company has 1,366,525,355 ordinary shares in issue and holds no ordinary shares in
treasury.
