CORRECTION SENS: AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF BHPIIA AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 28 April 2026

A minor technical error has been identified in relation to the SENS announcement published on 28 April 2026 for the above Autocalls  
(the "Announcement"), regarding the Cash Settlement Amount payable to Noteholders in respect of the Autocalls on their exercise on 
28 April 2026.

The Announcement incorrectly states that the Cash Settlement Amount is R2,220.00 when the correct Cash Settlement Amount is
R2,200.00.

The corrected Cash Settlement Amount reflects what was agreed with Noteholders on the Trade Date and the change simply corrects a
minor typographical error.

Other than incorrectly stating the Cash Settlement Amount, the rest of the information in the Announcement is correct. The fully
corrected table of information in respect of the Cash Settlement Amount for the Autocalls is set out as follows:
