Further Update on the Delay in Availability of the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the Year Ended
30 June 2025
Noteholders are referred to the announcements previously released by the City regarding the delay in the
publication of its audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("2025 AFS"), the last
of which was on 27 February 2026.
The City hereby provides a further update and advises that the outstanding components of the Integrated
Annual Report, including the 2025 AFS, are expected to be tabled at a Council meeting scheduled to take
place on Tuesday, 31 March 2026. Subject to Council approval, the 2025 AFS will be published and made
available to the public on the same day.
The City will continue to keep noteholders informed of any material developments and will publish a further
announcement(s) as and when required.
