APPOINTMENTS AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby 
advised of the changes to the board committees as follows pursuant to the appointment of new directors on 2 April 2026 and 
to fill the vacancies emanating from the end of term of previous directors:

  (a) Mr Andile Khumalo has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company's Human Resources, Remuneration and Nominations
      Committee, with Ms Keitumetse Mahlangu, Messrs Patrick Mnisi and Irvin Phenyane appointed as new members of the
      committee. Dr Kgabo Badimo remains as a member of the committee and Ms Nopece has ceased to be a member of the
      committee.

  (b) Ms Surendra Sooklal has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, with Mr Patrick Mnisi, Ms
      Lwazikazi Nopece, Ms Xoliswa Daku as new members of the committee. Ms Dudu Hlatshwayo remains as a member of the
      committee.

  (c) Ms Dudu Hlatshwayo remains as the Chairman of the Board Investment Committee, with Mr Irvin Phenyane, Ms Xoliswa
      Daku and Ms Surendra Sooklal appointed as new members of the committee. Messrs Andile Khumalo and Ms Nompumelelo
      Mpofu remain members of the committee.

  (d) Mr Patrick Mnisi has been appointed as the Chairman of the Information, Communication, Technology Committee with Ms
      Keitumetse Mahlangu as a new member of the committee. Dr Kgabo Badimo, Ms Dudu Hlatshwayo, Ms Lwazikazi Nopece remain
      as members of the committee.

  (e) Ms Xoliswa Daku has been appointed as the Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee with Mr Patrick Mnisi and Mr
      Irvin Phenyane appointed as new members of the committee. Dr Kgabo Badimo and Ms Nompumelelo Mpofu remain as members
      of the committee. Mr Andile Khumalo has ceased to be a member of the committee.

  (f) Mr Irvin Phenyane has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board Economic Regulation Committee with Ms Surendra
      Sooklal, Mr Patrick Mnisi, Ms Xoliswa Daku and Mr Andile Khumalo appointed as new members of the committee. Ms Dudu
      Hlatshwayo remains a member of the committee.

The above-mentioned appointments are effective from 10 April 2026.
