UPDATE ON PUBLICATION OF THE INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 August 2026, in which the Company advised that its
Integrated Report for the financial year ended 28 February 2026 ("Integrated Report"), incorporating the Notice of Annual General
Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), would be published and distributed to shareholders on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
Shareholders are advised that publication and distribution of the Integrated Report and Notice of AGM will occur later than originally
anticipated.
The documents are substantially complete; however, the final verification and governance review process has taken longer than
anticipated. Additional time is required to complete the verification of certain remuneration disclosures and to ensure that the
Integrated Report and Notice of AGM accurately and consistently reflect recent changes to the composition of the Board and its
Committees because of recent resignations and consequential appointments and changes in responsibilities. The Company has
further been required to reconstitute certain of its Board Committees as a result of these changes, which has necessitated a delay in
the publication of the Integrated Report and Notice of AGM.
The Company considers it appropriate to complete these final verification procedures prior to publication to ensure that the
information provided to shareholders is accurate and internally consistent.
The Company is working to conclude the outstanding matters as a priority and expects to publish and distribute the Integrated Report
and Notice of AGM on Friday, 25 September 2026
Shareholders will be advised of any consequential amendments to the salient dates and times relating to the AGM, if required.
The Company regrets the delay and will provide shareholders with a further update upon publication of the Integrated Report and
Notice of AGM.
