POTENTIAL AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF FLEXIBLE INVESTMENT NOTES (SERIES 1 AUTOCALL) NOTES ("FNIB03") ON 15 AUGUST 2025

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuer of FNIB03, hereby notifies Holders of the potential Automatic Exercise of Investment Profile No.1 of
FNIB03 on 15 August 2025 (see the related securities above). If the conditions for Exercise are fulfilled the Investment Profile No.1 of
FNIB03 will be automatically Exercised on 15 August 2025.

If there is an Automatic Exercise of Investment Profile No.1 of FNIB03 on 15 August 2025, Holders will have their Notes redeemed and
will receive the cash settlement amount in respect of their Notes on the Payment Date, unless they have elected in writing to remain
invested in the FNIB03 via a new Investment Profile No.2. Details of the subsequent Investment Profile and the procedure to remain
invested have been disclosed to Holders by the Issuer in terms of the published marketing documentation for the new Investment
Profile No.2.

 Cash settlement amount                                  R 1,179.00
 Payment/Redemption date                                 Wednesday, 20 August 2025

Strate will not process a corporate event; instead, investors will communicate their elections directly to the issuer or financial managers,
and Investec Bank Limited will facilitate the settlement of the transaction directly with the CSDPs of the underlying investors.
