SHORT FORM ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL
FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026 AND AVAILABILITY OF BBBEE
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the Group's Integrated Annual Report ("IAR") containing the audited
consolidated annual financial results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2026 were published on SENS
on 29 June 2026 ("Full Announcement").

The IAR contains the usual letter to shareholders, which we encourage you to read.

Financial highlights

The financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026, compared to the twelve months ended 31 March
2025 ("FY2025" or "the Comparative Period"), are set out below:

    -   Revenue of R1.9 billion for the Group (FY2025: R1.9 billion).

    -   Operating Loss of R425 million for the Group (FY2025: Operating Profit of R243 million).

    -   Headline earnings per share of 54.47 cents (FY2025: 141.91 cents) and basic loss per share of
        715.55 cents (FY2025: basic earnings per share of 137.34 cents) for both ordinary and preference
        shares of the Group.

    -   No dividend has been declared in respect of the current or Comparative Period.

Audit Report

Forvis Mazars has issued an unmodified audit opinion on the audited financial statements for the year
ended 31 March 2026. The auditor's report does not necessarily report on all the information contained in
this announcement. Shareholders are therefore advised that in order to obtain a full understanding of the
nature of the auditor's engagement, they should obtain a copy of the auditor's report together with the
accompanying financial information.

Annual compliance report – Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 46 of 2013 (the "Act")
