Availability of the Issuer's Annual Financial Statements and Updated King IV Application Report

In accordance with paragraph 6.7 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised that the Annual Financial Statements of Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited 
for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, is available for inspection through a secure electronic manner 
at the election of the person requesting inspection.

The Annual Financial Statements have also been made available on the Issuer's website at:
https://www.mercedes-benz.co.za/passengercars/brand/investor-relations.html

The Issuer's audit reports were unqualified with no modifications and there were no restatements of the
previous year's annual financial statements.

Noteholders are further informed that the Issuer's updated King IV application report, applicable to the
