RE-APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, 
noteholders are hereby advised that the board of directors of Airports Company South Africa SOC Limited 
(the "Board") has approved the re-appointment of Mr Andile Khumalo ("Mr Khumalo") to serve on the Board 
as a non-executive director for a period of three years, effective 3 March 2026, pursuant to the approval 
of the extension of his term by the Public Investment Corporation.

The re-appointment of the director was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors 
of the issuer.

The Board welcomes the re-appointment of Mr Khumalo and looks forward to his valuable contributions to the 
Company.
